85 Recommend support of SHA384

Issue

In order to be compliant with CNSA 2.0, it is recommended that section 9.2.2.2, 9.2.2.3, and 9.2.2.4 be expanded to allow SHA-384 as well as SHA-256. Currently, only SHA-256 is recognized.

Proposal

Change these sections as indicated above.

I am not against including SHA-384 if this helps to be compliant with CNSA 2.0. Please note that there are a few other sections where we have to make a change, like in section 8.3.5.4.5 and 8.4.2.4.4.	06 Dec 24	Triage
