Attributes stnum and sqnum are not applicable for Sampled Value, as they are not mentioned in 9-2LE and IEC 61850 Part 9-2 Edition 2.

Proposal

To clarify the Sampled Value attributes relevant for the countermeasure of cyber security threat SMV replay in clause 7.2.2.5.
