Issue

Iana code for TLS_DH_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256 is 0x00,0x3F while in the referenced clauses/tables we have 0x00,0x31 that in Iana registry corresponds to TLS_DH_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA.

Please note that Tissue#129 does not consider this specific cipher suite.

Proposal

Revise the referenced tables according to the Iana registry.

Aligned with TISSUE #129 also correcting the IANA Values of cipher suites. (see attachment) 		16 Jul 26 Drafting Implementation
Update IANA Code for TLS_DH_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256 as proposed necessary to have the T-Profile definition correct.

Note, the cipher suite refers to an optional cipher suite, which uses static DH certificates. The use of static DH has been dropped in IEC 62351-3:2023

Good catch, the IANA Code for the ciphersuite TLS_DH_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256 needs to be corrected as suggested. 29 Jun 26 Accepted
