Issue

Handling of Reply Timer and pending Critical ASDU is not specified in the expected action list.

It is also not clear why the expected actions taken by DUT for test "Upon sending S_CH_NA_1: Reception of a S_RP_NA_1 with a NOT valid USR." are different from those for test "Upon sending S_CH_NA_1: Reception of a S_RP_NA_1 with a NOT valid MAC.".

Proposal

After sending S_CH_NA_1, DUT starts the Reply Timer and goes to Wait for Reply state. In the Wait for Reply state, if invalid reply is received, the Reply Timer should be cancelled and the pending Critical ASDU should be discarded.

For above two tests, the expected actions should be same as all have invalid reply received according to Table 30 in IEC TS 62351-5:2013, 7.3.3.5.
