My understanding is future improvement goes to the next edition while progressing as "Draft Implementation" enables faster adoption through the TISSUE ballot process. Maybe it is good to progress as "Draft Implementation" to have clarity in the formulation.

To address the comment regarding the missing text:

The key length shall be determined through the used Key Alg of the SA TEK GDOI Payload.
NEW
The key length shall be determined through the used IntegrityAlgTyp signaled in the SA TEK GDOI Payload.

Further, there is something missing in the proposed text, particularly in the part "...in the of the ..."
