Issue

The references in the RFC 2408 document seem not to be correct.

Proposal

The sentence "The KE and Ni/Nr payloads shall be the same as defined in RFC 2408, sections 3.8 and 3.14 respectively." shall be changed in "The KE and Ni/Nr payloads shall be the same as defined in RFC 2408, sections 3.7 and 3.13 respectively".
