Issue

The mandatory cipher suite is TLS_DH_WITH_AES_256_SHA in table 3, but in clause 6.1.6.5, TLS_DH_DSS_WITH_AES_256_SHA is a minimum to support. It's very confused. So which cipher suite is mandatory in Ed1?

Proposal

Change Table 3 TLS_DH_DSS_WITH_AES_256_SHA as mandatory also.
