Issue

the state machine will internally set the lastRcvStNum , lastRcvSqNum, lastRcvT, and 245 intTAL to invalid.

What is the value of invalid?

These are all internal implementation variables of the state machine and are not visible externally. Therefore, they are a local issue.

At best, we could give guidance that the invalid values shall not be in the range of values that are allowed. As an example, none of the values mentioned can be negative in operational use. 		02 May 23 Accepted
